Good morning and good morning fam,
While wellness, self care, taking care of your mental health, breaking old patterns, creating new habits etcetera, etcetera, is good for you, I’ll be the first to admit that it can be something of a rabbit hole, and sometimes the further down you go, the more intense shit gets. So today I just wanted to hop on here to remind you not to take everything so seriously. Don’t take yourself too seriously, don’t take your mental health and wellness journey too seriously, and certainly don’t take your problems too seriously. (Your problems especially because your problems don’t respect you). This is your reminder I guess to have fun today, and what better day for this reminder than Friday!!
