Healing what’s broken

Good morning and good morning folks,

Happy Friday 🙂

Today we’re talking about how you don’t have to pretend that everything’s okay all the time, for the sake of keeping up appearances. It’s not possible to be okay one hundred percent of the time and that’s okay. In the process of life happening, there will be things that affect us. Sometimes those things affect us positively, and sometimes they affect us negatively. When we react by pushing down the strain we’re going through in order to seem like it’s not affecting us at all, somewhere in the back of our minds we believe that life has uniquely singled us out. And the reason it has singled us out is because there’s something uniquely wrong with us. You’re not the things that happen to you. It’s okay to feel like life sucks when it’s behaving like a dick and throwing proverbial shit your way. Believers we have a name for when this is happening and it’s called being under spiritual attack. When you’re under spiritual attack, being human and feeling feelings is normal. To anybody going through anything, take heart and know that this too shall pass. Scripture tells us that while weeping may last the night, joy comes in the morning.

Have a lovely Friday and remember,
