Wrestling the feeling of being overwhelmed

This morning I just wanted to come in with a little encouragement for you on your road to pursuing your goals and dreams. Make this the year your resolutions stick. (Amen somebody!) You don’t need to move that load all at once friends, but you do need to keep chipping away at it. I don’t know what load you’re carrying, but don’t let that feeling of being overwhelmed trick you into giving up. When you feel overwhelmed, reduce your load. Cut off whatever’s unnecessary IN THE MOMENT, and continue on forward knowing that you don’t need to do it all at once. You can come back to whatever you need to come back to and there’s no shame in that.

I hope that encouraged someone, I know ever since the pandemic started, the amount we’ve all had on our plates has increased significantly. Regardless, you were built for this. You got this boo, I’m rooting for you!
