Things To Do To Have More Energy

Good evening all,

I hope you had a wonderful Sunday 🙂

This week, we’re still on Physical Wellness, but I wanted to look at energy. Energy is defined in physics as an object’s ability to do work. That’s one way of looking at the word, but as we know, energy is more than just our ability to work. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s ever run on low energy and gotten my work done. If anything, we can be drained and still work.

Energy also relates to how we feel. When our energy is up, we feel rejuvenated, joyful, full of life, energized (pun intended), but to summarize, we feel on top of the world.

For today, we’ll be looking at things we can do to re-create that feeling of “energized” in our daily life. I say re-create because it’s going to take conscious effort, or being intentional about tweaking certain behaviors in our day-to-day life to produce the outcome of more energy.

Next week we’re moving away from Physical Wellness and onto Social Wellness. (This pertains to relationships we have with other people be they romantic, intimate friendships, acquaintances, family etc.) Some examples on this topic are L.O.V.E , The Friends We Keep.
