Happy Monday again 🙂
Last week I was off with my dates but nevertheless, we press on. Anyway, this week we’ll be looking at support systems. Specifically, with our friends. Friends are awesome, and I’m not just saying that. I’m saying that from having been in a place where I didn’t have any, and I didn’t think I needed any either. Which came first, the loner or not having friends? I’ll never know.
All I know is, friends make life that much more of an exciting ride. If I had to chose between not having a boyfriend but having friends, or not having friends but having a boyfriend, I’d chose the former. Even though that is my current situation and there isn’t really anything for me to chose, I’d still rather have friends and no boyfriend than the other way around. Friends get us. So should your boyfriend or girlfriend but that’s a discussion for another week. That’s a discussion that gets a week!
But friends take us as we are. Friends don’t ask us to change, but they also don’t mind when we grow.
The problem with friendship is that at first, we’re not always great at figuring out who our true friends actually are. This week, I’ll be bringing to you a few pointers that will help you identify what to look for when it comes to figuring out who your friends are.
I hope to see you back here on Thursday? I know Wellness Wednesday is on a Wednesday, but Thursday just works a lot better for me so, check back in the day after Wellness Wednesday.
This week’s lineup:
Thursday 7/8/21 : Social Wellness post on Friendships
Monday 7/12/21: More to add. (More to add is just where I add anything I forgot to talk about in the infographic and address any pressing questions that you might have, or any interesting comments that came up.)
I’m excited for this week’s lineup, I hope you are too 🙂
Have a fabulous week, and I’ll catch you later.
