Forming Healthy Boundaries

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend 🙂

Boundaries are not walls. Boundaries tell people how far they can go whereas walls completely keep people out while simultaneously trapping you in. Walls limit your interaction with the world outside of yourself. With walls, you think you’re in control but you’re actually not. Walls aren’t healthy, but boundaries are. Boundaries are healthy because they’re flexible and can change. Walls on the other hand don’t change because you can’t change with limited space to grow. Something to think about.
