Confrontation

Happy Monday!

I’ve had to learn the hard way that confronting shit isn’t a part of life that’s just going to go away one day. It’s part of the growing and evolving process so, I thought I’d make this to help you come to terms with the fact that life’s confrontations won’t ever run from you, just because you’re choosing to run from them. I’m going to link Signs You’re Overlooking Self Care here because I think the two go together. If you liked the infographic on Confrontation, you might like the one I’ve just linked as well.

I didn’t really give physical wellness it’s dues and just jumped right into mental wellness, so for this Friday’s post I hope you join me, I’ll be re-opening the chapter on physical wellness.

Have a great week!
